Highgate Hotels is seeking a House Laundry Attendant to wash, iron, fold, and distribute linens for guests in a newly built Condado-area hotel. You will operate laundry machines, sort and pre-treat items, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry area.

The role requires flexibility, standing for long periods, and adherence to Highgate standards. Benefits support health, vacations, and legal leave; full-time position based on-site.

Qualifications

• Flexible and long hours may be required.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Maintain regular attendance as required by hotel standards.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
• Comply with hotel standards and regulations for safe operations.

Responsibilities

• Wash and dry all dirty linens, towels, rags, etc.
• Sort linens by type, color and size.
• Pre-treat stained linen before washing.
• Load and unload washes according to standards.
• Keep laundry carts clean and organized.
• Maintain a clean work area and properly load carts.
• Operate irons and ensure appliances are turned off at day end.
• Sweep and mop laundry floors and store linens off floors.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through quality laundry service.
