Job summary

Highgate Hotels in Florida is seeking a House Laundry Attendant to wash, iron, fold and distribute linens for guest rooms and outlets. You will operate washing equipment, sort and pre-treat linens, and maintain a clean, safe laundry area to support smooth hotel operations.

The role requires standing for long periods, flexibility with hours, and adherence to grooming and appearance standards. This is a full-time position based on site at the Homestead/Florida City area.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash, iron, fold and distribute soiled linens, towels, napkins and tablecloths.
• Operate washing machines and dryers according to standards.
• Load and unload washes; sort linens by type and color.
• Pre-treat stained linen before washing; clean dryer filter daily.
• Sweep and mop laundry floors; keep work area clean and organized.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through efficient laundry operations.
