Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. is hiring Laundry Attendants at our Charlotte, NC location. You will operate washers, dryers and linen processing equipment to ensure high cleanliness standards.

Duties include sorting, inspecting, and treating linens, loading machines, folding and organizing linens, and delivering them to housekeeping. A fast-paced environment requires reliability and teamwork. Prior laundry or housekeeping experience is preferred; knowledge of laundry chemicals is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior laundry or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Knowledge of laundry equipment and cleaning chemicals is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 25–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate washers, dryers, and laundry equipment, including proper chemical use.
• Sort, inspect, and treat linens based on fabric type and condition; rewash or remove damaged items as needed.
• Load/unload machines, set appropriate cycles, and ensure all items meet cleanliness and quality standards.
• Fold, stack, and organize linens according to brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and routinely clean equipment (lint traps, filters, etc.).
• Track linen usage and support inventory processes.
• Deliver clean linens to housekeeping and respond promptly to team and guest needs.
• Follow all safety procedures and report maintenance or linen concerns.
• Assist with additional housekeeping duties as needed.
