Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Prior laundry experience desirable.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive and sort soiled linen and follow safety practices.
• Operate washers, dryers, sheet spreaders, ironers, and feeder/folders to ensure quality.
• Follow hazardous chemical procedures and manage contaminated linen.
• Inspect linen for tears or sub-standard conditions and remove as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Empty lint traps after each load for equipment safety.
• Notify supervisor of equipment issues or needs.
• Stock linen carts and prepare deliveries to guest rooms.
