Hilton Garden Inn Hershey is seeking a Laundry Attendant to ensure laundry cleaning activities meet brand and sustainability standards, driving guest satisfaction. The role involves sorting and pre-treating linen, operating washers and dryers, maintaining equipment and supporting housekeeping tasks as needed.

Prior housekeeping experience is desirable, with shifts that may include holidays or weekends. Opportunities may be full-time or part-time, with competitive benefits typical of the HHM

• Prior housekeeping experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Sort, count, and pre-treat soiled linen for laundering.
• Load and unload washers and dryers.
• Maintain equipment as trained.
• Fold, store and distribute towels and linens.
• Practice safe work habits and wear protective equipment.
• Assist with other housekeeping tasks during staffing shortages.
• Maintain clean work areas.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and aim to raise them.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
