Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize plateware, silverware, glassware, pots & pans, utensils and equipment.
• Set up work station, operate dishwashing machine per manufacturer specs, and store cleaned items.
• Promote teamwork and coordinate with other departments.
• Check equipment and report hazards; maintain a tidy, safe kitchen area.
• Empty trash, monitor at end of shifts, and follow proper chemical handling.
