This contract supports the Qavartarvik Customer Lodge in Bethel, AK. Position requires rotating shifts and adherence to safety policies; Food Handler/ServSafe certification within 30 days is required; a flu shot is required pre-hire and annually thereafter.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and callouts.
• Food Handler card, Alaska Food Workers card, or ServSafe certification within 30 days of employment.
• Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.
• Contract requires a flu shot pre-hire and annually thereafter.

Aufgaben

• Disposes of trash in assigned receptacles.
• Cleans carts and trash receptacles.
• Stocks storage areas with incoming products.
• Washes dishes, utensils, pots, and pans by hand or with cleaning equipment.
• Cleans dining, kitchen, and storage areas and floors.
• Assists with periodic cleaning projects.
• May serve on the line to support food service production.
• May assist with inventory counting.
• Keep dish area clean at all times.
• Maintain clean dining room, tables and chairs.
• Follow dress code according to department.
• Other duties as assigned.
