Job description

JOB SUMMARY: Drives guests to and from the airport, area businesses, and other locations. Makes basic repairs on an on-call basis to guest room issues (TV/HVAC/Plumbing) etc - will train. Communicate with the front desk on guest requests in their room. The Maintenance staff at the Best Western Plus Grant Creek Inn runs 24/7, as such we are hiring for a variety of shifts and hours. Candidate must be very reliable and punctual, as essential hotel functions rely on their dependability. WEEKEND AVAILABILITY is a must.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all public areas are clean and well-maintained throughout the day
2. Assist in delivering linens, amenities, and other supplies to guest rooms
3. Drive and operate the hotel shuttle to transport guests to local destinations
4. Provide exceptional customer service to guests by answering questions and offering assistance
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shuttle vehicle

Qualifications:

1. Interpersonal Skills (Connecting with Guests on a comfortable, personal level)
2. Experienced with general maintenance tools
3. Caring and compassionate attitude
4. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Compensation:

$15 - $16 hourly
