ARK is hiring a Houseman to help keep public areas, guest spaces, and hotel grounds clean and welcoming. You will support housekeeping and maintenance teams, interact with guests, and maintain safety standards in alignment with our values.

Compensation starts at $17 per hour with training provided and opportunities to grow within the hotel operations team. This on-site role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and a proactive service mindset.

• Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds frequently.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Able to work in varying conditions, including exposure to cleaning materials and occasional outdoor tasks.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

As a Houseman, you play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the hotel. This position supports the housekeeping and maintenance teams by ensuring all public areas, guest spaces, and back-of-house areas meet high cleanliness standards. You will interact with guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere in alignment with our property’s vision, mission, and values.
