Job summary

Peregrine Hospitality is seeking a Houseperson to support housekeeping staff and supervisors in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will help in janitorial and maintenance tasks to keep the property clean, organized, and welcoming for guests, while delivering friendly customer service and clear communication with team members.

The role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends. Prior Houseperson experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly with guests and colleagues, in person and in writing.
• Able to multitask and prioritize departmental tasks to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to participate in training and hotel meetings.

Responsibilities

• Assist housekeepers and supervisors to maintain a clean, safe property.
• Walk floors and common areas to ensure cleanliness and order.
• Follow hotel procedures, maintain guest privacy, and report issues promptly.
