Fairlane Hotel in Nashville, TN is seeking a Houseperson to support the Housekeeping team with cleaning and appearance throughout the day. The role responds to guest requests, strips and prepares rooms, and assists the Executive Housekeeper with daily priorities to keep public areas guest-ready.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a team-first attitude.
• Ability to follow detailed daily assignments and respond quickly to changing priorities.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests and support Room Attendants and the Executive Housekeeper.
• Strip linen and trash from vacant/checked-out rooms and prepare for turnover.
• Deliver housekeeping items to rooms and assist with on-floor priorities.
• Clean and maintain public areas, storage closets, and guest floors.
