Job summary

InTown Suites–Westminster, CO is seeking a Guest Room Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations and staff. The role includes scheduling, maintaining high cleanliness standards, and ensuring guest rooms are ready for sale at the start of each shift.

The position requires strong leadership, multitasking, and exceptional guest service. Pay is $22 per hour with full-time benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising housekeeping staff.
• Ability to train and mentor team.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards and safety.
• Ability to manage schedules.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train all housekeeping staff according to company standard operating procedures.
• Schedule housekeeping staff based on company needs.
• Ensure all housekeepers are performing up to company standards.
• Ensure all guest rooms are serviced and cleaned according to company standards.
• Inspect and verify that all vacant rooms are ready to sell prior to opening.
• Establish standards for work of housekeeping staff.
• Ensure all housekeeping equipment is in good working order and notify General Manager if not.
• Fill-in when other housekeepers are absent.
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing company standards and procedures.
• Ensure adequate supplies of cleaning materials are available.
• Ensure that all employee, public, and guest areas are kept clean.
• Notify General Manager immediately of any safety and/or security violations of policy.
• Notify General Manager of any guest concerns
• Maintain superior customer service when interacting with guest
• Reconcile daily paperwork with General Manager prior to end of shift
