Job summary

Ethan Allen Global, Inc. is seeking a dedicated hotel housekeeper to maintain guest rooms and public areas to the hotel’s cleanliness standards. The role requires weekend work, overtime when needed, and a proactive approach to assisting other departments.

You will clean rooms, restock supplies, operate cleaning equipment, and use Excel/Word for records as required. The position offers an hourly wage of $17.25 and requires the ability to stand and move for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Experience with cleaning routines and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand English when instructions are given in English.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all areas of the hotel including guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleaning standards are met.
• Clean bathrooms with appropriate cleaners to leave chrome and tile spotless.
• Dust rooms, furniture, wall hangings, lamps and other surfaces.
• Restock guest supplies in rooms and ensure supplies are replenished.
• Vacuum rooms and hallways and maintain overall cleanliness.
