Job summary

CUSA, LLC, operating the Holiday Inn Express Woodstock in Woodstock, GA, is seeking a Rooms Attendant to join our hotel team. You will work with room attendants and hotel staff to deliver clean, welcoming guest rooms and contribute to a safe, comfortable guest experience.

You will answer guest questions about the hotel and local area, follow the IHG Way of Clean standards, and perform duties per hotel policy.

Our Rooms Attendant will demonstrate the ability to work with room attendants and other staff of the hotel while providing excellent guest service. The position is responsible to assure all areas of the guest rooms are clean in compliance with the IHG Way of Clean and safe for guest use. Guest security and safety is most important to CUSA, LLC and the Rooms Attendant will be a key part of maintaining the safety of the property. This position is also required to answer guest questions about the hotel or make recommendations about the local area. Completes their job duties in conjunction with the hotel's policy and procedures.
