Job summary

Stonebridge is seeking a Room Inspector in Lewes, Delaware to uphold hotel cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will perform room and public area inspections, report deficiencies, and coordinate corrective actions with the housekeeping team.

Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, assisting in supplier coordination, and supporting the front desk with room status updates while ensuring safety and security standards are followed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in housekeeping or related role, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Experience in inspecting and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and guests.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness meets hotel standards.
• Report unsatisfactory conditions to room attendants and follow up to ensure corrections are made.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness in event areas, storage rooms, restrooms, and offices.
• Assume responsibility for guest feedback and service scores related to housekeeping.
• Collaborate with Security Office to manage lost and found items.
