Job summary

Holiday Inn Express Durango is seeking a detail‑oriented Houseman to maintain cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas. You will interact with guests professionally, manage time efficiently, and report maintenance needs to keep rooms ready for new arrivals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Thorough Cleaning: Meticulously clean guest rooms and common areas per checklists, including beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Guest Interaction: Politely respond to requests to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
• Efficient Time Management: Complete tasks within timeframes to prepare rooms for new arrivals.
• Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards.
• Inventory Management: Monitor cleaning supplies and guest room amenities.
