OTO Development is seeking a Housekeeping Team Associate to support our property operations in South San Francisco. You will stock carts, report maintenance needs, and perform both light touch and full cleanings while ensuring rooms meet high standards of cleanliness.

You will maintain a professional appearance, use appropriate cleaning tools and products, and collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Neat, organized, and efficient
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and squat for extended periods
• Pride in presenting a spotless room
• Able to select appropriate cleaning tools and products for various tasks

Responsabilités

• Stock housekeeping cart with supplies
• Report room maintenance to front desk and team
• Know difference between light touch and full clean and perform both
• Vacuum floors, change sheets, restock items, replace amenities
• Maintain professional appearance with pressed uniform, ID, safety footwear, and PPE
