Responsabilités

• Supervise and motivate housekeeping team across rooms, public areas, and laundry operations.

• Maintain inventory and equipment; report supply needs to management.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards, policies, and safety procedures.
• Complete shift-end documentation of linens, supplies, and amenities.
• Communicate maintenance requests and guest needs promptly.
