Responsibilities

• Inspect rooms, verify and report status and discrepancies in PMS
• Complete work orders as needed
• Perform Room Attendant or Houseperson duties as needed
• Assist in training Room Attendants as needed
• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
