Responsibilities

• Cleans showers, toilets, and sinks.
• Replenishes toiletries, soap, lotion, and paper products.
• Cleans guest laundry area and completes basic room upkeep as needed.
• Delivers towels, pillows, supplies and responds promptly to guest requests in a courteous manner.
• Reports lost & found items to the appropriate office/department.
• Works in a team environment to ensure a great hotel stay experience for guests.
