Seven Feathers is seeking a Guest Services Attendant to deliver clean, safe, and comfortable guest rooms in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for cleaning guestrooms, maintaining supplies, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year hotel/motel experience, and the ability to obtain a Class I Gaming License. We value organization, reliability, and professional appearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year experience in a hotel/motel environment strongly preferred.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
• Able to read and comprehend written instructions; clean appearance and conduct.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and responds to special requests; maintains privacy and security by properly announcing entry and servicing guestrooms as appropriate.
• Cleans guestrooms to the resort’s standards, including bed making, bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and amenity replacement.
• Properly uses and maintains assigned equipment and supplies per department specifications.
• Observes and maintains status of common areas, hallways, lobby, and elevators; keeps daily log updated.
• Keeps track of completed tasks, issued keys, and communications log on a routine basis.
