Job summary

TownePlace Suites Tempe at Arizona Mills Mall is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain clean guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in a busy hotel setting. You will stock supplies, assist with linens, and contribute to a welcoming, organized environment for guests.

Applicants should have a can-do attitude, follow guidelines, and be able to work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends. This role supports a friendly, safe guest experience consistent with MCR’s standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or service preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Willing to work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Pre-cleaning and stocking: stock supplies, attend stand-up, help with linens.
• Clean and restock guest rooms and public spaces as assigned.
• Assist with additional cleaning projects to keep areas organized and safe.
