Job summary

Renaissance Reno Downtown Hotel & Spa, part of Schulte Hospitality Group, is seeking a dynamic Room Attendant to join our service-focused team. You will clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas, restock supplies, and ensure guest comfort with attention to detail.

The ideal candidate holds a High School Diploma/GED, works well in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and delivers friendly service that aligns with our hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels.
• Follow all safety and security procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services and surroundings.
• Stock rooms with soap, tissues and drinking glasses.
• Identify items left by guests and report per lost-and-found procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
