Job summary

Holiday Inn Express in Delmont, PA is seeking a Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. You will clean and sanitize guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

You should maintain high cleanliness standards and follow safety protocols in a fast-paced environment. The schedule includes Thursday to Sunday shifts with start times around 8:30–9:00 AM; typical end times range from 1–3 PM depending on checkout load.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services in hospitality or industrial settings.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques for various surfaces.
• Familiarity with hotel operations and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to hygiene and safety protocols.
• Good physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Experience supervising housekeeping staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Perform floor care such as vacuuming and mopping.
• Restock towels, toiletries, and linens.
• Handle janitorial tasks including waste removal and high-touch disinfection.
• Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies inventory; report maintenance issues.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe environment.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed.
