Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds (with or without accommodation).
• Ability to read, write and do basic math.
• Personal timeliness and promptness with all assignments.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness for resort property units.
• Strip units of soiled linens and remove trash.
• Clean units including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets and decks.
• Report clean units as vacant and ready for inspection.
• Report maintenance issues and damaged or dirty items to supervisor.
• Attend training sessions and apply training practically.
• Ensure a safe working environment and comply with safety policies.
• Turn units on time and manage guest service cleans as directed.
