Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous housekeeping, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle guest concerns professionally.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and performing repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and carry linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and weekend flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.
• Stock housekeeping carts with cleaning supplies and tools.
• Thoroughly clean and restock rooms according to hotel standards.
• Assist with folding and handling dirty linens in the housekeeping laundry room.
• Perform deep-cleaning tasks and other cleaning projects as assigned.
• Keep storage rooms, guest laundry areas, and other hotel spaces clean and organized.
• Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide courteous assistance.
• Follow cleaning checklists, safety procedures, and hotel guidelines.
• Communicate professionally and work collaboratively with team members.
• Complete assigned duties accurately and on time.
