Job summary

AC Hotel Chesterfield by Marriott is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to maintain clean guest rooms and public areas to brand standards. You will serve guests with a welcoming, comfortable environment and support team partners to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, replenishing amenities, and reporting maintenance issues. Weekend and holiday availability is required, and you will work on-site at our Chesterfield location.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds throughout the shift.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms in accordance with hotel standards
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities
• Clean bathrooms, dust furniture, vacuum floors, and remove trash
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, storage areas, and housekeeping carts
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
• Ensure proper use and care of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and brand standards
• Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment
