The Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma is seeking a Hotel Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and appearance of hotel rooms and facilities. You will report to the Housekeeping Shift Supervisor or Manager, with start rates starting at $15.50 per hour.

Roles include part-time, full-time, temp and PRN on-call availability, with varied schedules including holidays and weekends. Responsibilities include stocking supplies, cleaning rooms, lobbies, restrooms, and casino floors; operating cleaning equipment;

Formación

• Prior Environmental Services/Housekeeping Experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
• Knowledge of the chemical composition, structure, and properties of substances and of the chemical processes and transformations they undergo (includes uses of chemicals and their interactions, danger signs, production techniques, and disposal methods).
• Knowledge of cleaning machines and tools, including their designs, uses, and basic maintenance.
• General knowledge of cleaning requirements in the hospitality industry.
• Understand government public health regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Stock housekeeping supplies when delivered.
• Apply cleaning solvents to clean rooms or work areas; move or lift objects as needed.
• Operate cleaning equipment to clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other areas including casino floor.
• Empty wastebaskets and trash; transport waste to disposal area.
• Wash windows and sills, doors, walls, ceilings and woodwork.
• Clean biohazard material.
• Answer or direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Immediately clean or correct any problem areas.
• Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned.
