Job summary

The Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma is seeking a Hotel Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of hotel rooms and facilities. You will report to the Hotel Housekeeping Shift Supervisor, Shift Manager, or Hotel Housekeeping Manager, ensuring high sanitation and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include stocking supplies, cleaning with solvents and equipment, waste disposal, window cleaning, biohazard handling, and responsive service to guests, including weekends and holidays as

Qualifications

• Prior Environmental Services/Housekeeping experience in hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety and their interactions.
• Experience with cleaning machines and basic maintenance.
• Knowledge of hospitality cleaning standards and practices.
• Understanding of government public health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Stock housekeeping supplies when delivered.
• Apply cleaning solvents to clean rooms and areas; move or lift objects as needed.
• Operate cleaning equipment to clean rooms, corridors, and public areas.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly.
• Wash windows, doors, walls and woodwork.
• Handle biohazard materials according to policy.
• Answer inquiries and direct guests to appropriate departments.
• Immediately address and correct problem areas.
• Perform other assigned responsibilities.
