Responsibilities

• Maintain clean rooms and public areas to required standards.
• Inspect rooms and report maintenance issues.
• Assist guests with bedding, towels, amenities, or information as requested.
• Provide friendly, courteous service with a Service +1 attitude.
• May assist in laundry and public space cleaning when needed.
