Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to Sleep Inn brand standards.
• Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and restock amenities.
• Sanitize bathrooms, bedrooms, and guest touchpoints.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and remove trash from rooms and public areas.
• Ensure rooms are inspection-ready within time standards.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain housekeeping cart and work area.
• Follow safety and chemical handling procedures.
• Assist with laundry or public area cleaning as needed.
