Job summary

Sandpiper Property Management, LLC is seeking a Part Time Housekeeper at Quantico to uphold high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort.

You will clean guestrooms, lobby, corridors, and shared areas; replenish supplies; manage waste; and assist with laundry while ensuring safety and friendly guest interactions. This on-site role is physical and collaborative, aligned with our energy motto.

Qualifications

• This is a physical, hands-on role requiring attention to hygiene and presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Area Cleaning: Clean hotel areas including guestrooms, lobby, corridors, elevators, laundry facility and stairways.
• Replenishing Supplies: Replenish bathroom necessities, drinking glasses, linen and terry in guest rooms and restrooms.
• Waste Management: Transport trash and waste to the disposal area.
• Equipment Maintenance: Stock, organize, and maintain housekeeping carts and equipment.
• Guest Interaction: Always greet guests in a warm, friendly manner.
• Safety & Security: Adhere to safety & security policies to protect people and property.
• Chemical Handling: Use all materials, chemicals, and tools safely.
• House Laundry: Perform house laundry duties including sorting, washing, drying, folding and storing linens.
• Facility Maintenance: Assist with cleaning and organizing House and Commercial Laundry areas.
