The Washington House Hotel is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join our housekeeping and guest services team. You will ensure a clean, welcoming environment for guests, prepare and deliver breakfast orders, answer front desk calls, and maintain high standards of room sanitation and guest comfort.

This is a part-time role (approximately 10–20 hours per week) with weekend availability likely.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and deliver breakfast orders to hotel guests.
• Answer front desk phone for in-house guest requests and reservations.
• Clean and sanitize hotel rooms after guest departure.
• Provide daily housekeeping service to stay-over guests per requests.
• Clean and sanitize common areas.
• Remove dirty dishes, trash and soiled linens from rooms and linen closets.
• Perform deep cleaning jobs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver breakfast orders to hotel guests.
• Answer front desk phone for in-house guest request and incoming calls; take reservations.
• Clean and sanitize hotel rooms after guest departure.
• Provide daily housekeeping service to stay-over guests according to their requests.
• Clean and sanitize common areas.
• Remove dirty dishes, trash and soiled linens from rooms and linen closets.
• Perform deep cleaning jobs as needed.

Requirements

• Comfortable lifting and carrying heavy linen bags, dishes and trash
• Comfortable using stairs
• Submit to a background check and drug test
• Reliable transportation to & from work
• Part-time: approximately 10–20 hours per week
• Weekend availability may be required
