Job summary

Comfort Inn Laurel - Fort Meade is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas, changing sheets, doing laundry, ironing, and restocking supplies to hotel standards.

The ideal candidate is a team player, highly organized, with at least 1 year of professional housekeeping experience and strong time-management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong time management, organization, and communication skills required.
• At least 1 year of housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mop, vacuum, make beds, change sheets, launder and stock rooms.
• Keep lobby, hallways and restrooms clean and stocked.
• Document rooms cleaned and report damages or lost and found items.
• Respond to guest inquiries and ensure rooms meet standards before arrival.

We’re in search of a housekeeper to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay with us. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas, making beds, doing laundry, ironing sheets, and other general cleaning duties as assigned. The ideal candidate is a cleaning enthusiast, a team‑player, and a highly organized professional.

Responsibilities

• Mop, vacuum, make beds, change sheets, do laundry, stock rooms, and do other cleaning duties as assigned
• Keep common spaces such as the lobby, hallways, and restrooms clean and stocked with supplies
• Document rooms cleaned, and report lost and found items and any damage or repairs needed
• Respond to general inquiries from guests
• Ensure guest rooms are clean and tidy according to our hotel’s standards before guests arrive

Qualifications

• Graduated high school, received G.E.D or equivalent
• Experience with a variety of cleaning products and techniques
• Hard worker with strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
• At least 1 year of experience as a professional housekeeper preferred

Compensation

$15 - $16/hour
