Job summary

Marriott Orlando Downtown is seeking a dedicated Houseman to support housekeeping operations and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for guests in Orlando, FL. You will assist in guest room cleaning, transport linens, and maintain storage and service areas while delivering amenities in a timely, friendly manner.

The role requires teamwork, clear communication, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Assist housekeeping staff in cleaning guest rooms and public areas.
• Transport linens, supplies, and guest belongings as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of service areas and storage rooms.
• Support the timely delivery of amenities and supplies to guest rooms.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate effectively with team members.
• Adhere to all safety and hotel policies and procedures
