Job summary

Remington Hospitality seeks a General Manager for Omaha Marriott, responsible for overall leadership, strategy, and financial performance of a full-service hotel with 300 rooms and 12,982 sq ft of meeting space. You will lead operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage a diverse leadership team reporting to ownership and Marriott leadership.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of GM experience in full-service hotels, strong budgeting, forecasting, and F&B/catering leadership, and a proven

Qualifications

• Five (5)+ years GM experience in a full-service hotel.
• Strong background in associate engagement and leadership development.
• Proven success driving financial performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Experience managing hotels with significant group, catering, banquet, and meeting space revenue.
• Experience leading properties with 10,000+ square feet of meeting and event space, including group sales, catering, banquet operations, and convention business.
• Strong banquet, catering, and food & beverage experience.
• Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction and service culture (GSS).
• Demonstrated success building team engagement, accountability, leadership development, and associate morale.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of guest service and maintain positive guest relations.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure consistent service quality.
• Coordinate programs and incentives to improve guest service metrics.
• Lead and work with the Executive Committee to achieve property goals.
• Develop and assure achievement of hotel revenues and profits using forecasting and P&L management.
