Front Desk Agent (7 AM-3 PM) Full-Time.

About the Job:

The Element Overland Park Hotel is looking for new team members to join our star team at the Front Desk! The people we want are people who want to ensure that our guests have the best stay and are willing to do what it takes to ensure customer satisfaction.

Position Overview:

1. While hotel experience would be great, it isn't necessary; the right attitude and demeanor are essential.
2. This position is full-time (40 hours a week) with 8-hour shifts between the hours of 7 AM - 11 PM.
3. Weekend availability is a must, as hotels operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
4. Our company offers benefits such as paid time off.
5. As a Marriott hotel, you are also eligible for travel benefits with greatly reduced rates at our sister hotels based on availability.
