Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management in St. Charles, IL is seeking a Housekeeping Associate to maintain cleanliness across guest room floors, including corridors, elevators and service areas, ensuring the property’s high standards and guest comfort.

You will stock linen closets, provide supplies to Room Attendants, and assist guests with requests while following safety policies and hotel guidelines. The role supports a 24/7 operation and requires physical stamina.

Qualifications

• Ability to push heavy carts.

• Ability to lift equipment and supplies.
• Ability to use property radio for department communication.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all corridors, vending areas, elevators and landings on guest room floors.
• Provide linen supplies for Room Attendants and stock floor closets.
• Deliver and retrieve items requested by guests and Floor Supervisor.
• Operate safely, following all safety procedures and policies.
• Assist other housekeeping staff as needed.
