• Education: Elementary school diploma is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleans rugs, carpets and upholstered furniture using a vacuum cleaner, broom and carpet shampoo machine.
• Cleans rooms, hallways and restrooms.
• Washes walls and ceiling, moves furniture and turn mattress.
• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, waxes, vacuums and polishes floor.
• Dusts and polishes metalwork.
• Collects soiled linen for laundering from housekeeping carts.
• Assists in keeping the lobby area clean and free of debris and trash.
• Receives linen supplies and stocks linen closets on guest floors.
• Maintains housekeeping carts and stocks supplies.
• Strips soiled linen from beds and helps housekeepers.
• Removes trash collected by room attendants.
• Walks all assigned floors to collect trash and soiled items.
• Transports clean linen to storage rooms and refills linen on each floor.
• Refills guest amenities and supplies on storage areas.
• Helps room attendants with heavy lifting and special cleaning projects.
• Cleans all public areas following SOPs.
• Reports missing/found articles or damages to supervisors.
• Responds friendly and helpfully to guests and colleagues.
