Ethan Allen Hotel is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to oversee the upkeep of the building and grounds, ensuring all systems operate safely and efficiently. You will manage work orders, prioritize tasks, and uphold fire alarm and evacuation procedures as part of a comprehensive safety program.

Qualifications

• Flexible- Weekends/Holidays/Drivers License required
• Proficient in maintaining electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, laundry, kitchen, refrigeration, lighting systems
• Ability to review work orders and prioritize tasks
• Maintain safety procedures and compliance with codes

Responsibilities

• Maintain building and grounds for hotel
• Ensure proper operation of building systems
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs
• Update safety manuals and train staff on OSHA regulations
• Assist other departments as needed
