Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities across guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
• Respond to service requests and guest or team member work orders.
• Perform maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to identify and address needs.
• Document maintenance activities and flag issues requiring attention.
