Qualifications

• Experience in hotel guest services helpful but not required.
• Must be neat, professional and well-groomed.
• Must possess good organization/time management skills.
• Must be dependable and reliable.
• Must be able to work with little supervision.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be in good physical condition; frequent pushing/pulling/reaching.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Complete required brand training.
• Contributes to guest satisfaction goals.
• Provides information and assistance to guests about local area and hotel amenities.
• Performs daily cleaning of public areas and back of house; stocks supplies.
• Reports maintenance issues immediately to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintains a clean and organized housekeeping closet, laundry facility, break room, and houseman cart.
• Communicates inventory or supply needs to Housekeeping for ordering.
• Assists with room attendant or laundry operations as staffing demands dictate.
