This role focuses exclusively on deep cleaning hotel rooms, not standard housekeeping. The position requires thorough cleaning procedures, strong attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional service. Very flexible and independent scheduling – you set your own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep cleaning of rooms, including detailed dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Utilize specialized cleaning equipment and products to ensure thorough sanitation
• Address hard‑to‑reach areas such as behind furniture, under appliances, and high surfaces
• Manage waste disposal and ensure proper handling of cleaning supplies
• Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety
• Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial services, custodial work, or related fields
• Familiarity with hotel cleaning, commercial cleaning, industrial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is a plus
• Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks in residential or industrial settings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness
• Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout shifts
