Job summary

HVMG is seeking a Cook to prepare high-quality meals in accordance with recipes and presentation guidelines in a fast-paced kitchen. You will work with the culinary team to ensure timely, safe, and delicious food service for guests, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and hospitality.

Responsibilities include preparing menu items, maintaining food safety and quality standards, and keeping the kitchen clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience may be considered for the role.

Responsibilities

• You will be the culinary talent behind our hotel's dining experiences, preparing delicious and fresh meals.
• Daily tasks include preparing menu items, ensuring food safety and quality standards, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen.
• You will report to the Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager.
