Job summary

Raymond Management Company is seeking a Cook to join our hotel’s food and beverage team. This part-time role focuses on breakfast shifts and weekend work, with some weekday shifts as needed. Starting pay is $16.00–$17.00 per hour and may increase with experience.

You’ll prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner items following recipes and hotel standards, while maintaining cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced kitchen. This is a great fit for team players who value quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a cook or in a kitchen environment is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality food standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions.
• Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in hospitality or food service is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner dishes, according to recipes and hotel standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with inventory and kitchen supplies, including receiving and storing deliveries.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.

Starting Salary Range: $16.00-$17.00/hour or more based on experience.
Wage Increases: New hires can earn wage increases at 30, 60, 90 days
Employment Type: Part-Time
Shift: Breakfast shifts, weekends only, with occasional weekday shifts based on business need.
