Qualifications

• 3-7 years construction experience; hotel/multi-family experience preferred.
• 2 years supervisory experience required.
• Experience with construction software systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, development, and completion of hotel construction projects.
• Create and maintain site schedules for projects.
• Manage superintendents and subcontractors to achieve quality and cost goals.
• Perform site inspections and document progress with images.

Skills

Knowledge and experience in Hotel Construction

Experience with construction software systems

Experience with electronic scheduling systems

Ability to read/interpret blueprints and engineer plans

Knowledge of zoning and building codes

Computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word

Experience with maintaining budgets and payment processes

3-7 years construction experience

2 years supervisory experience

Valid driver’s license
