The role covers preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems to keep the property safe and inviting for guests. The position emphasizes leadership, vendor management, and ensuring timely completion of work orders, with a focus on reliability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least three years of supervisory or lead mechanic experience in a hotel or related field.
• Demonstrated general mechanical skills are necessary.
• Basic repair, painting, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and boiler operation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, appealing property by performing routine preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Maintain work order boards and communicate status to guests or departments.
• Evaluate vendors, supervise on-site maintenance staff, and ensure quality service.
