Qualifications

• Knowledge of drink preparation and bartending experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and provide friendly service with a smile.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and describe food and beverage options clearly.
• Maintain proper bar setup and stock bar with beverages and garnishes.
• Mix, garnish, and present drinks following standard recipes while ensuring portion control.
• Attend monthly departmental meetings and manage POS orders and payments.
• Balance money and handle cash drops as needed.
• Keep bar area sanitized and organized; perform side work and keep knowledge of menu items.
• Collaborate with service and kitchen teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
