Job summary

The Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Restaurant Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team at The Westin Great Southern Hotel in downtown Columbus. You will greet guests, take and document drink orders, and prepare beverages with precision, using standard recipes and portion control.

Excellent people skills and flexibility are essential. Required are at least 6 months of bartender experience, POS familiarity, and relevant certifications (TIPS/food handler).

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience as a Restaurant Bartender.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• TIPS or equivalent certifications and food handler certifications.
• Excellent people skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Flexible scheduling, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous, friendly manner and document drink orders.
• Mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes and portion control.
