SpringHill Suites Miami Airport South is seeking a bartender to deliver a quality food and beverage experience for guests. You will operate in a fast-paced hotel setting, mixing cocktails, serving beverages and food, handling payments, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

We value prior F&B experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to read, write, and use basic tech. Eligible associates receive comprehensive benefits and flexible scheduling options.

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage experience is required.
• Must be able to read, write, type and use basic technology.
• Must obtain Food Handler’s Permit and Alcohol Server’s Permit.

Responsabilités

• Serve guests in the bar, restaurant and room service attentively and efficiently.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks; serve wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Offer flexibility and creativity to meet guest requests.
• Complete guest orders and accurately collect payments.
• Clean and wash bar ware, utensils and bar area; restock and prep items.
• Assist with inventory, ordering and receiving of all food and beverage items.
• Support hotel goals through teamwork across departments.
